Engineering Management and Entrepreneurship (BEE501) introduces engineering management and entrepreneurship, focusing on project planning, resource management, leadership, and decision-making. Signals & DSP (BEE502 )covers analysis and processing of continuous and discrete signals. Topics include systems, convolution, Fourier series, Fourier transform, Z-transform, sampling, filtering, and signal reconstruction, with applications in communication and electronics.
Power Electronics (BEE503) focuses on conversion and control of electrical power using semiconductor devices. Topics include rectifiers, inverters, choppers, converters, PWM techniques, and applications in drives, renewable energy systems, and power supplies.
